- Since 1899, The Anti-Cruelty Society has been committed to serving the needs of companion animals and the humans who care for and about them. Provide compassionate care for any animal in need.
- Attempt to find a home for every healthy or rehabilitatable dog and cat that comes to us.
- Intervene to prevent cruelty to animals.
- Partner with the community to educate on animal issues and inspire compassion and respect.

Erie Neighborhood House empowers Latino and diverse low-income communities to reach their fullest potential with a range of award-winning educational programs for all ages. Our mission is to promote a just and inclusive society by strengthening low-income, primarily Latino families through skill-building, access to critical resources, advocacy and collaborative action.
Established in 1870 in the settlement house tradition, Erie House evolved into one of the first comprehensive social service agencies in Chicago and is now a recognized nonprofit leader. Erie's educational programs reach over 5,000 participants annually, providing a pathway to success and strengthening communities.

An ecumenical community endeavor which valued the dignity, uniqueness, goodness, and giftedness of all persons, Southwest Chicago PADS is impelled by the Gospel challenge to feed the hungry and minister to the poor. We seek to:
- Provide emergency shelter, food, clothing and referrals for additional assistance to persons who are homeless.
- Prevent homelessness in our community by providing immediate assistance and referrals to those facing a housing crisis.
- Educate the wider community about the plight of people who are homeless.

The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana is to improve the health, well-being and education of children through our three core programs:
- Ronald McDonald Houses - The four Ronald McDonald houses provide a "home-away-from-home" to keep families together while their child is receiving medical treatment far from home.
- Ronald McDonald Care Mobile - Provides essential health services to children in underserved areas in a mobile environment.
- Scholarship Program - Supported by Fifth Third Bank, provides renewable scholarships to academically outstanding, community-minded and economically challenged young people.

HFS Chicago Scholars assists economically disadvantaged Chicago inner-city high school students who show academic and leadership promise achieve their educational goals by providing financial assistance and mentoring. We provide the following to our scholars:
- financial assistance to attend top Chicago private high schools;
- Academic Directors dedicated to each high school class and one-on-one mentors;
- four-year written commitment specifying performance expectations;
- college visits, selection and admissions support

TAPS is the 24/7 tragedy assistance resource for ANYONE who has suffered the loss of a military loved one, regardless of the relationship to the deceased or the circumstance of the death. Founded out of tragedy in 1994, TAPS has established itself as the front line resource to the families and loved ones of our military men and women. TAPS provides comfort and care through comprehensive services and programs including peer based emotional support, case work assistance, crisis intervention, and grief and trauma resources.
Bindonated
Bin Donated is a registered 501(c)3 charity specializing in a free residential and commercial donation pick-up service. We collect everyday in-kind donation items and then deliver them to other local 501(c)3 charities at no charge. All of the items we collect in the Chicagoland area are redistributed to those in need around the Chicagoland area. We feel very strongly that there are enough people in our own "backyard" that need our help and can benefit from the support of people like you.

Working in the Schools (WITS) is a literacy organization that increases the reading proficiency and learning capacity of low-income and minority students in Chicago Public Schools. WITS recruits and supports dedicated business, government, and community volunteers who deliver measurable and consistent tutoring and mentoring services.
